You could use dap brand 100% silicone. Yeah once you silicone it you'll probably never get it a part again.

Could you unscrew that piece put some silicone around it and then screw it back in. That should stop the leak in the overflow box threads.

I ran a Avast Marine kalk stirrer for around a year work good. You figure out how much kalkwasser you use in 2 weeks time and put that much in the stir. Auto top of runs through it and doses kalkwasser it's a lot cleaner than putting it in your auto top off Reservoir.

No I run pretty high flow so it doesn't really accumulate on the bottom and I have a pistol shrimp that stirs the sandbed up.
