So I just recalibrated all probes and still got 7.82
That's 3 probes giving the same number
But the api test is saying 8.4

I need a pump to go from one room in the basement to the closet sump.... the height is about 9 ft up; 20-30ft across the room then into the sump.

i would point a powerhead toward the top of the tank. You should have a lot of turbulence at the top of the tank in order to promote O2 exchange..... That should break the scum at the top
