Just had another thought; if you're using the Red Sea Reef Foundation test kit, you need to take the reading off the syringe and deduct it from 1 to determine how much of the fluid was "used". I know when I first started to use them the readings seemed way off compared to my Salifert kits. Then...
I bought the RO BR 110 since I needed something that, with the exception of the pump, I could install outside of the sump. I will not be installing it for a couple of weeks, so I can't report on its performance. It looks like a well made device.
Bring your water, if it tests OK, you can take it with you. I have a couple of "accidental" frags I was going to give you too. If we are using the same test kits, we can review how to use them.
If you're going to come over and get that cap I'm holding, why not bring some of your water with you (both DT and make up) and we'll take a look at it.
Have you tested your make up water? I'm a little suspicious of your test kits, since you don't have much of anything in your tank that will be taking up those elements. With the amount/freqency of your wc's, I can't imagine that those are good readings, especially with the amount of...

I have my PH's set up on opposite sides of the tank and run them alternately on a 2 hr. 20 min. schedule. For 20 min. they are both running simultaneously.
Probably Hydrogen Sulfide from the water not moving in the pipes. See # 6 in the section, "Preventing and Dealing with Hydrogen Sulfide", in this information:
I've got three clams, a Crocea and two Maxima's sitting in the substrate, under 120W LED's, and doing great. Good SPS growth and PE, so I would think that running your 200W at 50% to 60% would be fine.
BRS makes two different formula's, one will raise the pH (using Soda Ash [Sodium Carbonate]) known as Recipe 1, and the other formula, known as Recipe 2, will lower pH (using Baking Soda [Sodium Bicarbonate]).
I dose Kalkwasser too, and since it's use will raise pH, I mix the Soda Ash from the...

If they look like Sesame seeds, they are probably Nerite eggs, they can hatch, although most don't, because I have a lot of little Nerite's in my tank.
I have two MJ's, a 400 on my GAC reactor, and a 1200 on the bio pellets. I change the socks in my sump about once a week and take the prefilters off and give them a rinse at the same time.
It's what I've been using for the past two months, but I did buy the biopellet insert for it, as opposed to doing the plastic canvas mesh mod. I haven't had any problems with the prefilter on the MJ.
