What are your nitrates? If your nitrates are 0 then it's likely the Biopellets won't lower the po4 anymore then it has.

It's probably the turbos that at knocking the frags off. I don't use them. In my frag tank I have a couple of serpent stars 1 large and 1 smallish, Astrea, Cerith, and Nerite snails, asst hermits, and stomatella and colonista snails that hiked in on my original rock.
