If you want "quiet as hell" then search then take a look at RC. There is a fairly loooonnnnnggggg thread on it. Basically you take the overflows and returns and make them all drains with gate valves. I believe one or two if them act as a back up just in case.

I got to get to mine today. Of these are not tempered then they would be worth a small fortune.

Dan how many returns on the free tank do you have. I though you had 2. As far as the overflows go I would dump one straight to the skimmer section. Take the other and have either all of it go to the fuge or split it and have some go to the fuge and rest to skimmer.
