I do 2 cubes for general tank (Ocean nutrition Reef1 and Reef2), every second day I mix in a tsp of Reef Roids. Target feed the bigger stuff shrimp and clam chunks. Plus I drop a bottle or two of pods in there every month as I have a Mandarin scooting about.
