I bought a piece of favia and put it on the sandbed and partially shadowed. It's doing great. Where do you mount your favia? What if I leave it on the sandbed will it form a skeleton on the sandbed?
I have the same question for Acans too. They do great on the sandbed.
My Kole tang goes to bathroom always at the same spot. The same corner of the tank. It took me a while to realize that. And I don't think I have seem fish do that. Unfortunately his bathroom is on the opposite end of the overflow so the poop got blown all over the tank.
Does your do that?
Tom - my latest bag of IO from Trops has 1600 Mg, freshly mixed. My tank has 1540 Mg. I am interested if you bought it from Trops. I am questioning my Red Sea test kit but maybe it is indeed 1600.

Prone to leak yes. But water pressure is the same regardless how thin the line is. I use the splitter connecting to the water supply line under the sink.

Can you put the Ro unit upstairs and run the product water line to the basement and waste to the drain upstairs?

Thanks. When I got these frags they are brown and slower they turned blue/white. These acros are so difficult to id and the color is affected by so many factors.

He's about 2". The tank is a standard 75. He must've get in through the gap where the return is. Can I drain the overflow by removing the drain pipe?

Paul - that's a great tip. I was wondering how other people do it. I use 1" x 2" strip and it doesn't last long before it get torn from the clip.
