Hey guys, have some of these that need to get off my rack lol. Prices are on the pic. Ideally pickup/meet somewhere near NE Philly.
Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic.
Here is a pic of the mother colony.
If you have a pump strong enough, really doesn't affect it that much. I would rather have the options with double union ball valves, than not being able to change anything later down the line. Granted a bigger investment is needed in the pump, but well worth it since you can throttle back...
I have seen spa flex local to me in Philly at HD/Lowes, just super expensive. I prefer to hard plumb with PVC, just load it up with plenty of unions/double union ball valves. Makes things easier to take apart/swap out pieces.

+1 Fuge (or some sort of natural filtration woth algae).
On top of the already mentioned, algae gives off a lot of by product when it performs photosynthesis, a lot of beneficials to the tank.

Awesome tank. I really wanna see what the filtration looks like on this bad boy. I vote nem tank, you can really go high end with it and it will look awesome. Been wanting to do it myself for a while.
lol, too bad :D I guess we can fill the tank up with your tears haha. Besides you got a bunch of nice white frags haha.
Had a great time guys. Great food, great company, great tanks. Thanks to Ant and Terri for having us.
I think the pipe is what holds all his rocks in place/vertical.
The seashell idea with putty works too, especially since he can make the exact shape he needs. Even bashing a rock to get pebbles into a putty structure would be cool. Throw some superglue and bam, instant structure add on.
