usually, tips burning is a sign of high alk with lower nitrates levels. I would try and lower your alk to around 7~8 range and see if it improves. po4 is high and I would address that as well.

pop open that housing and replace it with the above. make sure to take a picture of where all the wires goes.
I currently have radions and also had hydras as well as kessils. I'd say keep the Hydras as they grown coral quite well. I would spend the money elsewhere like more corals.
