Yellow Clown Gobies eat SPS, its part of their natural diet. if you have healthy large colonies, it shouldnt affect them too much but if you have only frags, the Goby can clean them out quick.

ZooMed Lowboy 50 gallon tanks are your best bet for frag tanks. If you can find a used Deep Blue 80/60 gallon tanks are good bets too. Unfortunately Deep Blue is out of the business. I believe Seapora has taken over tank side manufacturing but the prices have doubled compared to where it was before.
