Taz...I've been doing some research on clam spawning myself as I'd like to start housing a few and then after seeing your posts here I second guessed it. The research I have been finding shows that it is quite common and nothing to worry too much about. Where did you find the info on it being bad?

Thats a great treatment that Whitebird told you about....but my opinion is not to treat them until you know whats going on. Give us more details and we'll be able to help better.

Just an update....I'm on day 21. Just dosed 2.5mL for the first time today. I have not seen any changes in my Nitrates or Phosphates. I have noticed though that my glass is not as algae covered every day....I'm up from 2 days to about 4. I don't forsee a change in the Nitrates until I get...
