Look for him after lights out. When he's settled, you'll see legs poking out of the rocks when you feed.

I prefer mostly snails. Blue legs spend as much time hunting snails for shells as they do on cleaning. I like scarlet reef hermits better, but not to many. I really like cerith snails, nassarius and some turbos.

Good luck with him Ryan. Be careful not to overfeed the tank tyring to watch him eat. After he's settled you can usually get them to take chunks of meaty foods placed near their homes. I know you said the ammonia is down, but watch the nitrites too.
