I know some people have there power back on and don't need there generators a friend of mine spoke with pseg and they said 7-10 days no garentees. I would love to rent one till power is back on...

Do you have a sump? Do you have room for a fuge were you can add some cheato? Also a dual reactor running carbon & GFO will go a long way towards controlling the phos. And algea issues...

Get the phosphates under control and the algea should disapear.. But you need to figure out were the phosphates are coming from? Are you using tap water or ro/di? How long has the tank been running?

I know your excited and can't wait to transfer but since you aren't in a rush and don't have move the other tank I would wait just to be on the safe side...
