You can download the manuals from their website. I think their under support. I used the OSC command for my vortechs before I got the WWD's. It was something like OSC 20/10 on PM1 OSC 20/10 off PM2 this would cause the pumps to cycle: 10 min left pump 10 min both pumps 10 min right pump HTH

I've had good luck swapping out my CO2 bottle at a local Medical Supply store. It's even open on Saturday! If you have one in your area you should check them out and see if they have the swap option.
