I haven't glued any of my rock in the past, I usually just stack it. but I am a bit concerned about falling rock being that this is such a tall tank. I'm just thinking I won't be able to get it out if it's glued.

I set up a heater to blow into the cabinet and a fan to blow into the tank from top. tank is sitting on a plywood shelf so heater not right on glass. room is a bit warmer and the fan definitely is making that silicone smell stronger in the room. I think it will be cured in 36 or 48 hours now...
