nevermind, its chopped up bristleworm! i had a small pool/pond pump rigged up from my sump over to the refugium and he must have got caught in there

had some sponges take out a couple of softies i had. i didnt really want them anyway but im stuck with the sponges now

so breaking down my tank, moving my refugium. found a bunch of these critters. I know there's some locked up in my ball of chaeto so they are going over but there's a bunch on the floor of the tank. wondering what they are and I guess if they are going over as well.
