Also, did you try turning off your return pump for awhile?

Is the spounge fine enough to catch the microbubbles?

Did you try putting floss between the bubble traps? Maybe it's the return pump.

I've been using Ozone for a few months now. When I first set it up, my ORP was in the upper 200's. I was running my Ozone dial at 150. It was running for 2 weeks before it started to climb. I turned it up to 175 after the second week. Thats when I started seeing better results. Almost gave up...

Without seeing the mat, it's hard to tell. The best way would be to scrape under the mat with a sharp knife.
