Hey mark I wouldn't use the 16 for baffles if they are cut tight it will smear when you slide them in place and if you try to put it on after they are in place it is to thick to get all the way into the joint. Use some of the 3 I have then if you have gaps use the 16 to do a little caulk job.

I also have the same issue. I think it a mixture of two things placement and light intensity. I feel like I'm always in a test with my lights and still don't feel like I have found the sweet spot. Try changing intensity and wait a good amount of time to see what comes of it. I think it...

I think I would use the oil based paint and have a fan blowing across it to eliminate the fumes. I don't think the latex paint will hold up
