I have them in my 90 and they are good cleaners. Also I read they reproduce a lot and are sought after I haven't seen that yet. Maybe when they do you can trade them off for other inverts.

I would be very careful trying to pull those pieces Apart That weld on stuff they used to assemble those tanks fuses the two pieces of acrylic together It's not like silicone that you can just cut free.

Well being that you have never witnessed it is has to be happening at night when all including you are sleeping. My guess is that you either have some nasty little crab in there or something else nipping them while they are sleeping. I think if it were one of the other fish you would have seen...
