Good point: if you don't get a full credit you'll have to pay the shipping twice. I've been able to argue the case for them to eat the shipping along with the credit for the animal . You just have to put up a good fight.

Mladen/Merv, this workshop may well be more of a chance to help others than to learn a whole lot yourselves, but we should all be able to benefit in some way from the group brain power.
