I would put them on 3 timers. actinics on first. 2 hours later put the daylights and the fan on. At night the daylights go off first, 2 hours later the actinics go off.The 3rd timer would turn on your moonlights and sump lights when your other lights go off.

The Sps colonies I picked up were under 400 watt 20K MH's. The drive was longer for us since we were trying to ask locals directions. They had some nice corals and Dr Mac was very helpful.

I use the Reflux 12K. Never tried the 14K. 20 K was too blue for me. So far the 12k reflux fit my taste the best. Just give us a shout when you need a hand with your 120.

You can also move them in about a foot from each end if it's not gonna block your view anywhere. They carry more weight off the ends and you can do away without a center one.
