Re: Eye Candy...
I saw one on ebay that was 300mm I figured there wouldn't be much of a difference between the 100/105 but I have seen some that are 200 and 300mm and was wondering if you get further distance with a higher mm? not so much for shooting the tank but more so shooting distance like...
Great pic's Steve, I remmember you said your using a cannon macro but which mm lens is it? I was thinking of getting the same one as Brian, I think it was Sigma 105mm...
are you running any filter floss? either in your sump or in some kind of filter? also make sure you have good flow in the tank and on the water surface. It does take a couple of days to clear up, just be patient. Test your water for Amn, Nitrite & nitrate, once you get 0 readings than you can...
Got the same as Phyl from Filter direct off ebay, I had them change the 110 GPD membrane to a 75 Dow at no extra charge. No problems and it works great.

Here's some pic's I took last night with the flash, tank lights were off just used the flash. The edges are out of focus cause I forgot to change the auto focus points, it was set to the center point.
Here just a pic of Teddy
Ronnie, be carefull what sand you use, I will only use sand that is for aquariums I don't like taking chances when it comes to my tank. Here's a post from awhile back

my green favia went through the same thing, it was in a low flow/dim part of the tank and it started slimming I moved it out into the light where there was more flow and it's been fine since, my red one on the other hand started turning white in bright light and likes low flow don't ask me why...
I personally like a 2-3" sand bed in my tanks, just make sure you get a diverse cleaning crew, differant kinds of snails a cucumber or sand sifting gbby stuff like that to keep the sand clean. Crushed coral will need to be manually cleaned otherwise it will become a nitrate factory.
I have seen them at Aqua Oceans, Fishtales, ILC and petco in TR. I have also seen them at animal kingdom but I wouldn't buy it from there. best bet would be to call around, I seem them on a regular basis around my area.
