Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
I too have switched many tanks, I use Bio spira in my tanks after moving sand and rocks. That stuff works great. Knock wood haven't had any loss due to a move.

It is hard to recommend bulbs cause everyone taste is differant, I ran actinic +, GE 65K Gies 12K and Current USA 10K for daylights out of them I liked the GE 6500K and current USA 10K the best for daylights and the Gies actin + and pure actinic they give me the best color when used together IMO
Well There is no way I am going to be replacing MH bulbs everytime I want to take pic's, I really don't think changing my bulbs are going to help my skills anyway, the tank has 1 t5 actinic and 2 250w 12k bulbs which gives a blue color in the tank, I do notice everytime phyl tells me it is too...
There was a export freeze on corals and fish in Austral. since the early 90's... the Aussie government just lifted the restrictions and now we get the corals :)something tells me once the novelty of them being new wares off the prices will drop greatly, that's another reason why I'm holding off...
