FILE FISH..... don’t do it backwards. You have the idea. But put just the file fish and the aiptaisia in the QT (NO CORAL) and let that file fish eat. Only feed him sparingly if ever. I have seen this done for a year with claims of never giving prepared food until a few weeks before it’s time...
