I agree with Brandon take it slow you should be OK .... just do a couple good water changes over the next couple of days to get rid of as much crap as possible.

That is all good advice, just my two cents the Fidelity target funds are sort of crummy I have my 401K(am happy overall) with them and with little effort you can pick better funds. Their website is intuitive when it comes to your risk profile and investing strategy, so don't let them stick you...

Do you have corals? Hyposalinity will do less damage to your rock and sand than copper. You can always add some bacteria back in later after the process.
Agreed rock into brute you can get Rubbermade storage containers just fill half way I keep corals and fish in them for a few weeks with lights over them. Not pretty but works.
