With the Pistol and Goby I would be careful with putting the sand in first and then the rock. The Pistol will burrow under the rock and either it will potentially squash him or, even worse, it might shift the rock enough to cause a rock slide. You may want to put the rock in first.

You can always drop them by my place too Flare.

Pretty much.... I have frag plugs with 1-5 pollyps all over my sandbed. Soon enough though they will end up on the rocks!

Looks more like a Tunicate to me then an Aiptasia.

froom what I've seen, Frogspawn isn't a huge fan of a lot of flow. Unless it's a bigger colony. Then it's like leaves on a tree it almost buffers itself, if that makes sense. I would think that the others should be fine though.

Pretty awesome! My pair was jus starting to host a Duncan when I broke down my tank. They promptly switched to a Mag Float when I switched them over.

For the SPS it should be OK. Depending on what LPS it is, it may be too much for them.
