I just bought a brand new oceanic ultimate 215, and i also have an AGA, hands down my oceanic is a much better tank. My AGA is a nice tank too but definately not better then the oceanic, JMO Harry

I think the general rule of thumb is doing a weekly water change. the first one is 50-100% depending on the die off and then i think it's about 20% a week. but too much ammonia and it will kill all life on the rock. I removed i'd guess about 90% of the organic matter that was on the rock i.e...

I concur, fisrt pic is a sponge not a bad thing at all. The second pic is an Aiptasia, remove them with joes juice or kalk paste before they take over your tank Harry
