You have higher growth with the 6700k the 10000 middle and 14000 k last
You get most yellowish with 6700 and least with 14000K
I personally like the 10000 K UVL Aquasun.
The GE 6500(think it is 6500 or 6700) K is one of the highest PAR and great growth...lots of the old Wendy T5 group use it...
Are spotter and thirty5 one and the same or just sharing pics:p for their avatars? Glad you found the problem.:applause: They are good pumps generally pretty bulletproof. You could just dial it back one to a Mag9.5 that would help some.
I don't think the pump should be running that hot. Again try to switch that one off and run the other one. I run one Mag 12 on my 120 and right now it is at 81 but I have T5 lighting and some less efficient pumps then you.
I see you tried shutting down one pump. Try the other one also maybe one pump is overheating. And stick another thermometer in there to make sure the temp is correct.
I agree with the last two callers. Make sure your thermometer are you using...I keep two in the tank one on my controller and an old fashion liquid type. I had an electric one go bad and I cooked my tank thinking the temp was too low, caused some serious problems.
I have one and it is no problem with other fish, snails, shrimp, or SPS. Mine has picked at just about everthing else in the tank but didn't harm anything(Clams, softies, and LPS).
The fish that malulu gave you pics of are great fish.
Watchman may not be good choice as you suggest ...firefish don't occupy the same space generally so should be fine.
Smaller dwarf angels should be fine. They are super active and are generally reef safe...though they pick at everything in...
I saw that one but the school of them made me think $$$
PS the price is actually cheap.

I lost my male like Phil also part of a breeding pair(I wasn't dedicated enough to raise the fry). And I put in a juvi from Phil that at first was chased but once female dominance was established(like in all marriages) everything settled down. Don't think a big size difference is a problem in...
There are some other nice new tiny pumps out there Hydor makes some nice little pumps too.

I have one of those feeding my skimmer....works great. I always suggested the MJ900 due to lower energy then MJ1200 and they are bulletproof...
Are you interested in a major project or a semi-major project. I think that most folks here swear by the Glass-Holes kits that they use to drill the tank . That is pretty major. You can add an overflow without that and without drilling the tank but they have a greater chance of failure. There...
