I found an Aiptasia on a frag in my quarantine. Removed the frag. Scrubbed it clean. Rinsed with tank water into sink and put back in quarantine. How long do I need to wait to see if I got it all. Or how fast will it reappear to where I can see it if I did not get it all

I have seen Dave’s setup and live stock. He absolutely knows what he is doing. I would consider any info he gives you as reef gospel

Or you could use braided nylon tube. Real tuff to kink. All you have to do is boil some water and hold it bent approximately how you want it and dip in cold water. It will make it easy to convince it to be the shape you want

This is the thing on the underside

We have this maze chalice and while inspecting and dipping found a fleshy object on the underside that does not appear to be part of the coral. Any idea what it could be.
