Your DI resin is shot. Here's my recommendations: 1. Don't leave you RO/DI ON all the time. 2. Get a dual inline TDS meter that measures TDS before and after DI resin. 3. Pick up a diverter valve to run the first five minutes or so down the drain (until pre-DI TDS is down to 3 or so)...

Looks very clean. My one suggestion....get a pipe hanger on that drain line that's going left. All that pipe and water weight will put pressure on the bulkhead/glass interface....which could crack the bottom glass.

This concern bothers me. Have someone else test your alk numbers. My thought is that your test kit is off and you've alk-burnt the tank. But just a guess.
