yep and SPS if kept towards the higher end of the tank can be kept successfully even with a bank of VHOs. Ralph has a bank of vhos and keeps a tank full of gorgeous btas.

Hate to say this - but to the right of the zoa - that looks like an anemone...and not the kind you want to have in the tank. Is there a stalk? Is that stalk soft? hard? If it's hard - it could be a cup coral. if it's soft - I think you may need something to remove it. The frogspawn looks great...
