I would throw in an instant cycle product just to be safe. The 20L probably had enough beneficial bacteria to handle the 20g but is it enought to handle all the new volume? I would take an extra step.

They are just a color morph of BTA. If you have had good luck in the past, then you should be fine with this one as well.

I have extra from the BRS kit. Plenty to cover a 40 tall. The brs stuff is the best because it is 1/4 inch which will keep pretty much any fish in, clear so it does not block a ton of light and does not cast a shadow.
