Sorry I was abbrieviating, blue+ is the blue plus bulb. It really is their best bulb as far as color to par ratio. You don't need to run actinics with them at all which don't really pump out the par. The coral plus bulbs are like a 14k and add just enough white to not entirely blue it out...

With the puffer (or toby) you will not be able to have corals or inverts. They can be aggressive towards fish, what else is in your tank? Dwarf angels can be hit or miss on corals, and will not pick on inverts. Some species will show aggression, but with the flame you should be ok. A lot...

I have done discovery cove and it is a great way to get kids involved (I was a kid the first time I went). The keys is where I did SNUBA for the first time when I was a teenager so I guess the seeds were laid then.
