Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
My heater is set to come on at 76.5F and off at 77.0F (see Paul, you do influence some of us.)
I don't have a chiller though and sometimes the tank creeps up to 80-82F. But I have a fan that kicks in at 81F so it keeps it below 80F for the most part.
Looking at my history log, I'd say on...
Paul, glad you appreciate the DIY details. In hind sight, I probably should have applied the adhesive to the glass first, then pushed in the baffles. That probably would have solved the minor leakage problem right from the start. I believe in the end my method will be fine since the last...
Thanks everyone. I appreciate the feedback.
Craig - Yea, come to think of it... that is basically the same as your setup, except it's reversed left-to-right and mine isn't permanent. :encouragement:
OK, here's another update on some of the furniture build. I'll begin by showing some progression on the stand. This will sort of pick up from the last photos I gave from when I first built the frame of it.
I added a piece of plywood to the bottom, then added one on top too. For the one on...
There are a few others that agree with that ID too (Hyalina albolineata - Peppermint snail) :

Thanks, and yes I did save it Jim. I even offered it to Dave (Fatoldsun) since he was working on a 40b sump too. He didn't take me up on it though.
The design has one flaw... it's made for a set distance between baffles and if you have different needs then its worthless. I do have a...
Well, what's a year between friends, eh? Wow, I knew it's been a while since I updated this thread, but didn't realize it was that long!
Anyway, It's been extremely busy for me this past year since I became President of this club. Not using that as a complete excuse, but I admit it has taken...
Thanks for sharing that Pete.
Mark, I agree with you too. Our club has already promised $6000 in donations that will be delivered by mid-December. If, at that time, the club still has substantial funds available for normal operation... we will look into donating to this cause too.
Go ahead, see if you can get them into the Lotto. Tang police
I know you have limited selection in your tanks , (yea right  ) but I think you can do better than that.
I hear that. I finally got my stand/canopy/side cabinet all painted this past weekend. It only took me 11 months to get to that stage. :o
And I still need to stain the trim and then put all that on before I'm ready to switch to the 120g. I'm getting close though, I can feel it.
OK, thank you Bugg. We officially have reached our cap for the party.
Thank you to everyone who registered and paid. Can't wait to see you all there!
For those who are coming, please reply if you intend to join the Frag Lotto and if so, how many frags you intend to bring. It's not necessary...
As of today, we currently have 23 people signed up and we are locked into the 25 or under cap.
That means there are only 2 places left to buy so this is your very last chance! Once we receive payment for the final 2 spots, we'll have to close the RSVP for this party.
Those are really nice Jing. Good score on that one.
As for spot feeding, it helps if you turn off all your pumps first (return and all powerheads) as that will stop the current and make it easier.
