    September meeting

That is a point. At this point, since it's a last minute cancellation, we would gladly accept just about anyone willing to host this month.

    Sounds like a good plan.

Hmm, sounds like maybe the water level in the display is a bit too high then? Take a few cup fulls out and see if that fixes the issue. Hopefully, that "happy" level won't be below the black trim on the tank.

Yes, Feng usually has really nice stuff. I've never been to his store, but we get frags for our monthly meeting raffles from him a few times a year and they always look great! He is also a sponsor of our club so you know he will appreciate your business if you tell him you're a member.

You can also feed mandarins live or frozen blackworms and/or bloodworms. They will happily eat those as well. What do you mean by "the back chamber is lower than it should be"? Do you mean the slotted area where the water enters the back chamber? If so, they make/sell an attachment that will...

Wait, I thought his name was Albert? Oh... I get it! Haha very clever to give them different names but still sort of the same. Good luck with the new fish Kyle.

Cool, glad you ended up with Albert. Blennies always have a fun personality so I think you will enjoy having him as your first inhabitant.

    Pajama Cardinal - Eye injury?

Hi Sandee, good to see you're still around. Melafix and Pimafix are known to help with bulging eye (popeye) infections. You should be able to get them at just about any LFS. Good luck with your cardinal. Hope it recovers soon.

Was nice to meet you today at Aquarium Center. Hope you finally decided on a fish or two for your new tank. I know it was a tough decision. Kyle, was nice to see you representing NJRC with the Swap t-shirt too. Been trying to work a relationship with Aquarium Center and getting Dom and Val...

Mike, sounds like you too had a blast. I think you may need another tank to fit all that stuff into! I meant to ask you to scour MACNA for some possible organizations our club can donate to. When you get back and settled in, give me a call and we can chat about some of those "heavyweights"...

It's tough to level a tank on carpet. I think it may continue to sink for a while until it's fully compressed. The only thing I'd suggest is maybe adding a flat piece of plywood on the carpet, then use the shims on top of that. This will spread the weight across more of the carpet surface and...
