Guess I add my experience too. I now usuing Reef Crystals again. I started that way then breifly switched to Red Sea coral pro. Both seemed to mix well. Tried Aqua Vitro and did not have a good experience. No matter how slow I mixed it it always preciptated. I just could not get that right...

Upon taking it out of package what were your thoughts, as compared to say CPE. I read somewhere that said rinsing was minimal if needed at all. True? Also did you run anything comparable on this tank prior to this?

Ammonia gone. Quick question. I'm leaving for vacation for a week. Lets just say the cycle completes in the next couple of days. Will I need to have an ammonia source in the tank while I'm go to keep bacteria from dying off, or will it be fine.

In the second pic I'm looking for the monti most hidden in the right corner. Kind of a dark body with the bluest polyps ever.

Not sure. Appleberry has blue polyps I thought. At least mine does. Plus and i could be wrong here isn't the body all green. If it wasn't for the blue areas on the main body I would just think grinch or some other reverse sunset.

Ammonia dropping. Nitrites on the rise. ATO.com is taking the ATO back to replace the relay. Nothing to see in the tank as of yet. But I'm beginning to see the start of a diatom bloom. It expected though.
