    Steve,don’t mean to be Mr. Negative, but just saw THIS over on RC about dried Pukani leaching PO4. Might be worth the read. On a side note, doesn’t Pukani sound like something you’d order in an Italian Restaurant…..”I’ll have the Pukani over linguini with extra parmigiano-reggiano.”

    The anemones moved into where the Nuclear Green’s were. When there was one anemone amongst 50 zoas, it wasn’t a problem, but when there were 20 anemones in the same spot as the Green’s, the zoas lost out. I’m actually seeing that some zoas survived, so the colony of Green’s will probably recover.

    Did a little housekeeping. I was given a little green anemone a while back where I was told it was a GBTA. It was green and had little bubble ends. It looked like a very small GBTA. It was a very nice looking little anemone that had a mild sting. Within a couple weeks there were two….then...

    Wow Phil, thanks for sharing all those photos! I’ve always had interest to visiting that part of the world, but couldn’t take an entire day of travel….that’s the hard part. Can’t believe they eat cuttlefish! But I’m sure there were other delectable items that were more bizarre than that...

    What is it?

    It appears to be a palythoa....a common soft coral. Must have been a "hitchhiker" on the rock. Your first coral!
