If you have a good amount of Pods or can get them to eat prepared food how about a couple of Dragon Face Pipefish Ive seen them in full blown reefs and since they pretty much slither on the rocks they can handle the flow

I have a similar fixture that was above my frag tank. Worked great. Corals of all type had good growth and great color. I say similar cause the one I have is from apollo led.

Not really sure where to get the ammonia. If this is anything like my last setup with live rock I might not see much of a cycle. I think I got some shrimp in the freezer. Might go that route.

I picked up one a few weeks ago. It's in a different spot everyday. Sometimes it moves constantly all day. Then it split. Now I have two 1" nems moving constantly.
