Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
Brandon, I pretty much don’t know much about anything, but 120 watts of LEDs over a 34 gallon tank seems like a bit much, unless you plan on mounting this fixture directly to the ceiling. These fixtures do not come with variable adjustment. Maybe someone with knowledge can chime in on this...
Well, I’m Irish!
I know what all of you are now thinking, “Boy those Irishmen are the world’s greatest lovers.”
Well besides being the world’s greatest lovers, I’ve heard once….maybe twice….that we are also known for drinking. I know, hard to believe.
So to solve this conundrum...
So what’s up will all these “guests” on our site? Is that number for real? Is anyone else sort of bugged by this number? As Jerry Seinfeld would say, “Who are these people?” The old site would typically only show a few guests.
Is this all these tapatalk people tapping away?
Wow, this stinks. You had all those great “thank you” posts and they go and reload the forum, loosing all that good stuff. I think it’s a conspiracy. :o Anyway, thanks again for another great meeting….nice new house and FOUR tanks.
George, my deepest sympathy. I can give you the name of my therapist. :)
Tony, I had a laugh at this one, but the difference between you and me is that I’d have to change my pants after that one!
Bob, you’ve got to stop going out for those liquid lunches. :o Didn’t feel a thing here! :D
Actually there’s a thread already started on this found here.
Dave, that article must have been written after the first quake. In searching for the info on OUR quake, I ran across a story that the quakes continued through the night and into the morning in Colorado, with a total of eight quakes. The tectonic plates are a-movin’, that’s for sure. I’m a...

Dave, I just posted this as well. Where are you located? I'm in Sayreville and we had a good shaking for about 30 seconds. And as I posted, the largest one I've ever felt in NJ. Trying to track down the number and epicenter right now.
Oops! I see what I’m doing wrong. You have to actually click on the little tiny blue dot. Once I did that, golden, right to the last post.
But once the blue dot goes away….When I go back out of this thread I’m in…you again end up going back to post one if you re-enter. I’m a real pain in...
NOPE! I logged out, cleaned my cache, rebooted, did a little dance, made a little love, got down tonight, and it still takes me to post one! I normally use Google Chrome, so I tried Internet Explorer….same thing, post one. Is there something I need to set?
Looking good guys!
Now if we could only get all those “guests” to become members, we’d be rolling in the dough. What’s up with that….is it real? Right now there are 61 guests on line.
Minor thing that I’m not sure can be changed: If you click on one of the threads on the Home Page in...
I wouldn’t be overly concerned about the minerals….there’s probably more pollution crap in the rainwater than minerals.
What would concern me is the life that has now died within the rock….from bacteria to the small inverts that occupy the rock. They will cause a cycle….how big or small is...
