    I use a GSM and no issues, set and forget. even my Elos skimmer was the same. Only time I had issues when i did not auto top off but I do now.

    Years ago my son's turtle needed blood work, several hundred $ and I just laughed at the vet and told him that's more than my car payment. So no blood work; gave us some meds and all was good.

    You should be fine. My skimmer pump died and off-line for 3 days before receiving a new pump.
