Continue searching...there is a DIY article of a guy who used clear acrylic pipe to bridge two tanks. Was considering this about six months ago. No actual contact with the glass. The piping just runs from one tank to the other, above the water line. As mentioned, you need to evacuate the...
Only if you can bring in the 3,246 pieces of the poor little bugger and convince them that it just imploded on its own. That can happen, can't it?
Although I still think you have a leg to stand on...isn't their guarantee that their livestock will live for 48 hours. By your discription, poor...
Just dont get my wife involved...should it be ecru, cerise, taupe or maybe mauve...does anyone know what colors these are...I dont!
I think white makes the mind feel happy. All lights that Ive seen have fancy reflectors made of super shiny material. Painting your canopy white will make you...
Just switched out a 4 bulb Coralife compact unit with an IceCap T5 unit. It’s like we put in all new corals. Everything is popping out with vibrate color that just wasn’t there under the Coralife.
My obvious suggestion, go for T5’s.
Had a similar proplem with my DIY durso...the little hole in the top had salted up. Used a toothpick to clean it out...problem solved.
When the hole gets clogged, water rises until a syphon begins, causing that flushing action.
Yes, there are air bubbles...another problem we're trying to resolve...we think it's the spray bar return??? Are you suggesting that the presence of bubbles promotes some unknown creature?

A bunch of pieces of a mushroom looking dark brown things are growing in the tank on some of the rocks and on the glass. The underside is more grayish in color. When plucked out of the tank, they look like cooked mushrooms you’d have with a good steak.
Pictures aren’t the best:
Not sure what zoo recipe you have, but if you use this one:

NO! Can't dip LPS's.
I would not attempt to move the tank with all that weight. However, I would be more comfortable rigging the stand, slightly lifting it, and moving the whole shebang that inch and a half. Then again, I’ve jacked up houses before to put in new main beams that were eaten by termites.
Concept, thanks for the feedback. I really like this manifold idea. Looks like all HD stuff...regular pipe stuff, except for the black split-end flex pieces. Now here’s the question...where do you buy them? And also, pipe size and number of inlets...looks like maybe ¾ inch pipe with six of those...
