From what I read you want to keep it over 400. Your ORP drops every night. 390-320 I think that’s a big drop. It’s a good indicator of needing to change carbon/ GFO or maybe you need a large water change.

From my Expirience urchins eat more algae than any tang. I try to keep a fox face in every tank I feel they also eat more algae than tangs. If your tank is small I would go with a lawnmower blenny. Sea hare also will eat more algae than any fish.

I do both. Dosing kalk on a doser not a ato will be your best practice. You can get a 4 head doser. To dose 2 part, kalk And mag. Kalk is cheap and it’s easy to dose.
