Personally never ordered but I have heard of mix reviews when ordering live stock from them; mainly corals.

Lighting is key but I think the issue above is the substrate they used. You see they used gravel which babies can put in their mouth and becoming chocking hazers. Also they don't feel good on the skin so aggression raise. They should had used sand here.

I use a long hose and make sure to have it drop and then come back up. This way once I see watch going down I know I'm good to stop lung power. I have not drank much if any water with doing that. They also sell a syphon that connects to the sink which can be used to start a syphon

@Mark_C I'm breaking down my reef tank. I have someone in line for the corals and fish but don't think anyone in line for snails. I hope to have the corals and fish gone by next weekend. If they don't want the snails your more than welcome to have my snails no charge

Tang police is a term given to 'fish keepers' who think they know everything about tangs and will get on someone case if their tank is too small for tangs or if they put too many or so on. I been hit by tang police but not on this site. The folks here are very friendly.
