Yeah I have a mix of used and new stuff. I think tanks should almost always be purchased used. Most reefers are out of the hobby in a year. So most of the tanks for sale are less than a year old.

Kessil is a very good company. I have a mix of 360we and 360x and I am happy with the lights. This tank is 30” high so I would have to get the AP 700 to be able to reach the bottom.

I agree 100% I buy a lot of equipment used. My two sumps are used. One of the sumps is very thick acrylic that sump will last forever. Most reefers are out of the hobby in one year.

The problem that I see with this hobby is that the gatekeepers are the ones pushing this stuff. They make people feel like if you don’t buy ecotech lights your house will burn down. Jaebo pumps move water and are very good pumps. Black box will grow any coral 100%

Yes that is my point if I decided to use ecotech pumps I would need 2 mp60 @ $700 each 1,400 on two pumps.

Well today is your lucky day. I have a 125 gallon reef ready tank with stand that you can have for free. This is my old tank. We moved and now I am upgrading tanks. The 125 gallon is about 2yrs old just needs to be cleaned and the metal stand needs to be painted.
