Let me know what you guys figure out. I will probably add on.

    Club tank

As someone who was very involved with the Camden experiment I would say don't do it. However, it sounds like something you are passionate about so I will at least try and give some guidance. (I also voted no in the poll). Location: this is really what kills the project as a good location is...

    Fusteration..!

Wrasses and especially coris can disappear for a while, let them be and don't disturb them which could stress them further. Also make sure you have a tight lid, as they can jump. Evap can change seasonally as supra said, check your refract if you are getting the same readings all the time.

    Calcium, alkalinity, Confused??

You need to test your alk and calc and then you adjust your dosing to keep those numbers consistent. It takes a lot of tests and dosing in the beginning to get it dialed in, but that is what leads to success.

    Stocking plan for 120g

That many clowns will be tough. Also chromosome are tough. Try odd numbers.

    Calcium, alkalinity, Confused??

So alk and calcium are the foundation for coral growth bu they have no effect on algae growth. Nitrates and phosphates are what cause algae to grow. So get all of them in check and your sps will grow.

I have two of them so I think we can work something out.

    Moving 40g tank

I am a huge fan of always using a new sand bed when you move a tank, we have done it several times and have never had a problem doing it. When you disrupt and old sand bed you can be realeasing a lot of nasty stuff, and if you don't properly rinse it (like Mark states above) you can do more...

    SCA 50 gallon Cube

Tank looks amazing. If you want a cheap "hack" get some of the orange gel filters to take your pictures through. Might make a big difference and it is a really cheap option.

    Flow Rate Through a Sump

I probably wouldn't overthink it then. Nothing in that list really requires fast or slow flow through the sump.

    Flow Rate Through a Sump

Sump flow really depends on what you have going on in the sump. Is there anything else beside a skimmer in there, any baffles, any other reactors or chaeto or whanot?

Unsure where to go from here

I would pull the bigger fish and do what you want with the tank. This hobby is tough enough to have a tank you don't really like. Also those fish will get really big for a 120 and might cause even more problems down the line. Get your teenaged son involved and get him hooked and you will have...

    Muscle's 20H Tank Build

Will always have a spot in my heart for a 20g high, it was my/our first tank. One of the nice things about it as you learned is it is very easy to hit the reset button on. We never drilled ours either and just ran HOB fuges and skimmers. Worked out really well. Looks really nice

    Red Sea Reefer Nano Build

Just set it up in your car, and move it into the house when you get permission. Look really nice.
