Hey asonitez, when you had your 180 on the ninth floor, were you not worried about the floor not handling the weight of the tank? This problem has put a halt to my build. For the sump. I would do what rafal07013 suggested.

You have to be very careful in choosing a sump for that stand. I built my own sump when I had a bow front.

As Nickjr000 stated, sand the plastic before painting with a "fine" sand paper.
