I need some advice, the new aqueon 40 breeder I picked up looked great in the store, but once filled has 1000s of bubbles in all 4 seams. I do not trust it, and will not be using it. So now I am thinking about other options, I need a 36x18 tank and I already have the stand. Aqueon 40 breeders...

This tank will be a 40 breeder since it is in my home office and I don't have a lot of room. It will be lps dominated and mostly euphyllia. But will end up a mix reef like it always does. Went overboard on the light, a maxspect razor x 200w. Hope it does not bleed to much light outside the tank.

Does the light have individual reflectors and fans? T5 par ranges widely depending on the fixture. Do you the brand of the fixture?

After a 3 year break I have been bitten by the reef bug again. Looks like the new thing is calcium formate. Anything else big I missed in 3 years? What have people stopped using? Biopellets? Also is any one local to mt.laurel? Looking for some rock or sand to seed my tank.

Hello all, this did not take long, I am back in the hobby after a couple year break after diving the reefs in mexico... Looking for anything for a 20-40 gallon. Tank, sand, rock, powerheads etc. Looking in central/South Jersey if possible. Lmk what you have!! Want to go nano this time around.
