20g every 2 weeks isn't horrible, on my 180 w/ a 75g sump I did 30g every 2 weeks and the tank did well. 9Supra here does a water change on his 180 every month, if that at all and his tank is fine.

Or look in to the eheim 600s or even an eheim 1000, awesome pumps!

Upgraded pump for the rsm 130d. I used 2 x eheim 600 and eheim tube. It is easy to remove the plugs on the stock pumps, but to fit the hose over the end as you see in the picture was not easy. What I ended up doing is heating the tip with a lighter and using scissors to extend the tube...
