Looks like the initial tubes of a green or yellow sponge. Harmless. Over a few days/weeks there may be some sponge filling in between the tubes. They're not competitive, will settle into a small specific area, and do the thing they do best, which is nothing. If they fill in between the tubes...

OK, I got the 3 V2 2020 version, with the extruder and hot end upgrades in my Amazon cart. I've also got the 5 Pro in the cart with a glass base upgrade. Will wait on the Filamentmaster's advice before ordering.
