I would love to put together tubes like that, I just don't think the landlady would be to thrilled. The 12g is up and running, the pair of helfrichis are in and doing great. We also added a magnificent goby with a pistol shrimp. He is a bit more skittish, but I am sure he will settle down soon.

We use chemi pure elite in all three of our tanks. It is almost a staple in the nano world for the back chambers of all in one nanos. I have never tested for silicates or anything like that but I do like it.

Looks kinda like a monti cap, but tough to say.

They make windex wipes now so you don't have to worry about it spraying into your tank. We use them and they make the glass look nice.

So finally got some pics of the helfrichi pair. Magnificent goby has made his home in a cave so tough to get pictures. Both fish ate very well tonight, magnificent made some stabs at the food so we will see.

Do you have a cover on the tank? Wrasses are known jumpers and especially if he stresses himself out like that.

We are also much happier with the aquascaping, and very much looking foward to filling it with corals.

Alright we did some research and this crab is a bad crab. It is a swimmer and even though it is small now it can get big and will be a predator. If someone still wants this guy, you can have him but we just wanted to put this warning up. If someone wants him for food, that is fine with us.
